Hey there folks. I hope this little update finds you well. Now that Omicron is said to be the most common variant, I wanted to offer an easy, early-intervention protocol. You can of course always download the full protocol from my website.
Click here to go to my website.
The protocol on the website evolved over time as each new variant presented itself. Delta was by far, the most difficult to treat, but after helping nearly 500 people, most with at least one comorbid condition, I haven’t had anyone end up being hospitalized and thankfully there have been ZERO deaths!!
I know 500 people might not seem like much, but keep in mind the ripple effect. Every time one person uses the protocol and recovers without issue, others want to know how he did it. The protocol gets shared and on and on it goes. I’m honored to have been a part of it. Please continue to share because no one should be denied early intervention, especially when it is accessible, affordable and effective. No rx needed.
I don’t generate any income from product sales. All this work has been done via the contributions and monthly support of so many good men and women. Thanks to each and every one. You were essential in saving lives. If you want to make a difference, consider supporting me through a one time or monthly donation. Patients are never charged for coaching. Additionally I don’t charge to go see folks within driving distance. I also don’t charge for any products I take out to them. My thought has been that God will provide via his people, and I will keep working and making smart use of the financial blessings received.
Here is the link to donate. Every dollar helps!
Now, back to Omicron. This variant has been a pussycat for most everyone and I’ve been able to start with a very simple protocol. I keep the extensive protocol in my back pocket because every person is different. We are uniquely and wonderfully made and one size DOES NOT fit all. I think the mainstream medical community has proven that.

Keep in mind this isn’t meant as medical advice. Always check with your doctor and your pharmacist. Pharmacists are specifically trained to know how supplements and over the counter meds interact with the medications patients already take. Pharmacists are also educated in how over-the-counter products could be problematic for patients with chronic health problems. Again, this is not intended as medical advice and should not be used in place of the care and advice of your Healthcare provider.
Here we go!
I chose 3 treatment staples.
Naproxen Sodium also known as Aleve. It has been scientifically documented to have antiviral properties against sars-cov-2 and influenza. The dosage is 220mg at breakfast and dinner. Always eat when taking NSAIDS as they can be tough on the stomach. If you have a history of allergies to NSAIDS or gastrointestinal issues, make sure to check with your doctor and pharmacist. Quercetin 500mg 2x a day. You’ll have to find this one at a healthfood store or order it in advance. It won’t help if you don’t have it when you get sick. Quercetin is a great antiviral supplement. It also helps prevent abnormal blood clotting. (Among many other benefits.)
Quercetin. A lot of bang for your buck
Vitamin C. Surely everyone keeps this in the cabinet! 1000mg 3-4x daily. Helps normalize blood clotting, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, boosts the action of quercetin. Space out your doses so you keep a steady vitamin C level in your body.
That’s it! I’m seeing great success when folks start this easy protocol within 48 hours of first symptoms, often showing great improvement by the next day.
I have my big bag of tricks for folks who aren’t improving, but I haven’t had to use it yet. I think omicron will be like a vaccine that uses a weakened dose of virus. You get solid immunity with just a bit of discomfort. One last interesting bit of information. Some patients who had recovered from Delta went on to later catch omicron. Delta didn’t protect from Omicron. BUT….and most importantly perhaps, Omicron is showing to provide neutralizing immunity to Delta. That’s good news because Delta was a nightmare. I’ll stop short of advising Omicron parties like our parents used to do with chicken pox, but boy am I tempted. Lol.
I hope that helps folks. Remember a protocol of any kind will not work if you don’t have it on hand and ready to go when you get sick. This is no place for procrastination. Please don’t end up a statistic. You are the center of someone’s universe. Act wisely and prudently. There’s no reason for people to keep dying from this evil virus.
Great information. I was hospitalized Aug 2021 for 7 days with severe Covid Double Pnumonia . Followed by long covid symptoms. Subsequently had Omicron in Jan 2022 and developed arrhythmia the following week. As of Aug 2022 still on Beta Blocker and Blood Thinner. My question is did you complete a Covid long hauler protocol and if so what and where. Thank you.
Hi Penny, I PM texted you on the usual place some days ago. I am not sure you have been able to check it. Know you are way busy, and I’ve taken too long to compile the info. Im tardy with it. ❤️ Debi Bender
