Now…we get down to business.
Last night I decided to try out a new telemed/pharmacy service to see what kind of experience I would have. I got online with pushhealth.com at 11:28pm (eastern time).
A doctor messaged me back within 20 min. I explained I wanted to have Iver*****n on hand in case I contracted covid again. She assured me the likelihood of that would be extremely rare, but considering my high risk, she advised I have treatment on hand just in case so I could treat immediately. She prescribed 30 pills. (6 pills a day for 5 days.) The consultation was $64.99 and they don't bill insurance.
I selected the online pharmacy linked to pushhealth. (You can choose your local pharmacy but I would make sure ahead of time that they will fill this kind of rx. Also choosing your local pharmacy would enable you to bill your insurance or use a goodrx coupon.)
The online pharmacy is called honeybeehealth.com I was unsure if they would contact me, so I went online and created an account but couldn't locate my rx. I called the pharmacy today, and they were very helpful.
I explained that many pharmacists continue to refuse to fill legal prescriptions. She told me that if your doctor prescribes Iver*****n or hcq, he can send the rx directly to honeybeehealth.com (I paid cash. $170 for 30 pills, standard shipping. I could probably have gotten it filled at Walmart but I wanted to go through the whole process so I could share it with you.)
If a pharmacy is refusing to fill your rx, you can go online to honeybeehealth.com and create an account. Under "rx source" select *pharmacy and fill in the name of the pharmacy that has your rx and the phone number. Honeybeehealth will then transfer your rx and fill it. If your doctor wants to send the rx electronically he can do that through the standard electronic rx system. He can also fax it to them at 310-559-5933. He can also call customer service at 833-466-3979, and click option 2 to be connected with a pharmacist.
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOUR DOCTOR INDICATES THE DIAGNOSIS CODE AND INCLUDES YOUR WEIGHT ON THE PRESCRIPTION ITSELF. IT CANNOT BE FILLED UNLESS BOTH ARE ON THE RX.
There are several shipping options. Standard is free. I suggest getting meds ahead of time because the sooner you treat the better off you will be. They can also expedite shipping. Priority mail is $10. Express is $30. (Save yourself some money and get meds BEFORE you need them.)
My standard "immune support" protocol is still an excellent option and we've seen great success even without RX meds. (I just like everyone to have as many treatment options as possible.) So far we've helped 250 people who’ve been infected with the virus. 43% were fully vaxxed. I've not seen much of a difference between the vaxxed and unvaxxed as far as acuity of symptoms. (That said, a vaccinated person who isn't very sick might be less likely to reach out.) 6 of the 250 were kids and among the adults 91% had at least one co-morbid condition. We have achieved great results! Zero hospitalizations and zero deaths. If you need the protocol send me an email with the word "protocol" in the subject line and I'll send the protocol back to you. Witthealthcoach@gmail.com It also available in the files section of my telegram channel.

I haven't forgotten about all of you. I'm trying to get everything ready with the website and that's been tedious. My website should be done in the next 2 weeks and then you'll be able to find everything in one place.
I have also been doing rumble videos and working on interviews with some interesting folks.

I also just signed up for Locals. Locals is a Facebook alternative and I'm excited about it because I have the option to do 5 live streams a month. (More once I have enough subscribers.) I don't have any content up yet...but it's coming soon so consider signing up. The nice thing about locals is that i can do some free content and do other content just for those who financially support my channel with a small monthly fee. ($5-$10) This gives people an opportunity to subscribe via a small fee, and gives subscribers the opportunity to support important content. It also helps support content creators and it weeds out the riff raff. People generally don't want to have to pay a subscriber fee, no matter how small, just to troll content creators. That's good for everyone because trolls are obnoxious and suck the joy from the room. Ain't nobody got time for that! I don't have the subscriber fee set up yet, since I don't have content just yet, but it's coming. I appreciate your enduring support.

I am trying to set up opportunities for folks to partner with me and support my community outreach efforts, Underground Nightingales. Subscribers will help support my work with people who are sick at home with covid.
Subscriber fees will also help cover costs of things I currently cover so that I'm on top of the latest developments. I do this through subscriptions to medical journals, trialsite news, etc.
To add another layer, I'm still working on getting a comprehensive course set up on learnworlds. This course will be very useful beyond covid because viruses are always with us. At present, the course is aimed at folks without a medical background, but after reviewing some of the content with some nurses, they indicated much of the information was new to them, so maybe we can get everyone into that class. I haven't decided on pricing yet. It's a deep dive with downloadable materials, videos, etc. and learnworlds also has a networking platform kind of like Facebook. Students can gather in a chat and talk to each other and I can do live group coaching for specific groups if needed. I can also do individual coaching. So be watching for that upcoming launch as well as the locals launch!
You can also find me on Telegram. Once on Telegram you can pull up files and you'll have some downloadable info. such as the covid first aid kit. You can click on the links tab and that will show you links to rumble, Twitter, substack etc. I need to get locals added and soon the webpage and learnworlds.
All of you have been an incredible source of emotional and financial support to me and to those I'm able to help. Consider this my heartfelt request to continue on with me as a Covid19warrior tribe member. We have done great things together and will continue to spread our wings and advance our efforts. Hang in there while I work out the tech end of things. We will soon be back up and running with great information and live content.
Please remember that once you or a loved one has to be admitted to the hospital, there's nothing we can do other than pray and send you info on hospital protocols that, so far, every doctor has refused to even consider. With all the advocacy work I've done, we have been able to convince 1 doctor to check his patient's vitamin D level. I have yet to see one patient get meaningful, in-patient, supportive care. (I am sure those folks exist. I just haven't run into them. We do still have some excellent doctors and nurses in this country who are thinking outside the box and improving patient outcomes.)
From what I've seen and what's been shared with me, the in-patient standard of care has been high flow oxygen, remdesivir, maybe steroids, sometimes anticoagulants, then the ventilator and sedation if the patient fails to improve. The outcomes once a patient has to go on the ventilator or ECMO, have not been good.
Patients are routinely denied inhaled medications like budesonide. We can't get doctors to prescribe thiamine even when levels are low. Low thiamine goes hand in hand with dangerously high ferritin (stored iron) and high lactate levels (which causes a host of complications.) We can't get doctors to prescribe reasonable vitamin D doses to get patients levels up...most refuse to supplement at all. Doctors refuse to check reduced glutathione levels despite my sharing clinical data showing depleted glutathione levels are closely linked to patient mortality. They also continue to feed patients Tylenol as though it were candy, despite research that shows it drastically depletes glutathione levels with each dose. Since doctors refuse to assess levels of reduced glutathione, we have yet to see anyone get the potentially needed supplementation that can help fend off respiratory failure and organ failure. Glutathione is the body's natural anti-inflammatory. Theranaturals.com sells a capsule that can be opened, added to 5ml of distilled water and neublized. This has been a wonderful supportive therapy.
Doctors have been universally unwilling to even consider other treatment protocols even when their current protocol yields routinely terrible outcomes. It beats all I've ever seen. Why keep doing the same thing over and over when you know it's going to turn out badly?
Even when we offer to have a doctor, who is having success treating covid19, reach out to offer ideas and support, the patient's doctors refuse. So again, TREAT AT THE FIRST SIGN OF ILLNESS. HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON HAND AT ALL TIMES. IF YOU'RE TRAVELING, TAKE IT WITH YOU. (I've had more than one person fall ill on vacation or while on a business trip.)
Going forward:
What happens when we finally beat covid? I'm looking for your insights on this. What important issues do you feel I need to dig into? What topics could I cover to make you more confident in managing your own health? What about helping you learn to advocate for the health of your loved ones? Drop your ideas in the comment section!
I have animal pills of Iver. to keep on hand.
